Stavros Pongas
Research Assistant
Stavros Pongas is a senior at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is pursuing a BS in Architectural Engineering. His research interests include BIM, HVAC, data-driven building operation, energy efficiency, and sustainable building and building envelope design. Stavros is also interested in the overlap between AI and the built environment and how AI can be improved and used more extensively in the field of architecture. Stavros is also the President of the Hellenic Student Association and is currently a peer learning assistant for Architectural Studio Design IV – Building Energy Simulation (AREN 3020) at WPI.
